7-Day Easy Returns & Exchanges

At AuraRack, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy. If you receive your shoes and the size doesn't fit, or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return.

Conditions for Return/Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

• The shoes are unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received them.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact and included.
• The shoes show no signs of outdoor wear (please try them on indoors on a clean carpet or surface).

Note: If the returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to reject the return and send the item back to you.

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

1. Contact Us: Message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID and the reason for the return/exchange.
2. Pack the Item: Securely pack the shoes in their original box or flyer.
3. Ship it Back: Send the parcel to our Lahore dispatch center via any trackable courier service (TCS, Leopards, M&P, etc.). The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
4. Resolution: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch your replacement pair or initiate your refund.

Refunds

If you opt for a refund instead of an exchange, the amount will be transferred to your provided Bank Account, Easypaisa, or JazzCash account within 3-5 working days after the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.

Please note: Delivery charges are non-refundable. Only the product value will be refunded.
